A massive step backwards from AirTouch 5 for control of AC systems. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately it seems with this app on the console you cannot connect the app on your phone. It blocks the IP address no matter what you do. AirTouch 5 connects automatically. Wasted 2 hours trying. Very disappointing

Have just updated the app and now I try and access the app and it won’t connect keeps coming up saying connection error make sure your device is connected to the internet and try again. Please fix this asap

I was worried when reading the negative reviews but I’ve had no issues with this app and believe it is a significant upgrade from the Airtouch 5 App.

They forced me to download this by disabling air touch 5. They said you can use both app but air touch 5 is unusable because they disabled connection to the Internet. New app is completely rubbish. You can’t even set the timer On or Off at the same time and you can’t choose correct time ( you need to go in 1 hour increment)like old app. Please provide fix to use old air touch 5. Why would you go from 
perfect app to this unusable rubbish is beyond me

AirTouch Home is not a forced updated.
You have the option to swap between AirtTouch 5 and AirTouch Home at any time through settings and the selection of Home is optional for those who seek a broader smart home device focus. 

There’s is no option for us to disable your internet connection to the console remotely, we recommend to confirm your WiFi settings between devices.

Device forced me to download this app by not allowing me to access Airtouch 5 on my phone. This came at a very inconvenient time when I had just settled my 3 and 0 year old.
New app is rubbish- also will not connect on phone app.
Airtouch system has been totally inferior to our old Myair system. Unless things change dramatically I would avoid and not install this system again.

The AirTouch Home System is not a forced update and you have the option to swap between AirTocuh 5 for air control and AT Home for a broader smart home focus. This can be done through settings.

My wall lcd unit completed an update and suddenly none of my iOS devices will connect remotely to my ac. Removed and reinstalled the app and it just crashes and tells me to restart it. Extremely annoying, have not been able to use app for over a month now.

Doesn’t load at all on iPhone, yet continuously sends me notifications that the temp in a zone has changed 2 degrees in 10mins (it hasn’t). Reverting back to the old app that actually works.

The new version looks great visually, but the interface can be confusing and difficult to navigate at times. Also, one of the biggest issues is that the timer function doesn’t always work properly — even after setting a timer, the system sometimes fails to turn off as expected.
