Hopefully this is fixed soon ### 2/5 — Needs Update *2025-07-24* Constantly looses connection with controller app features don’t always load properly most likely due to being out of date with new phones or iPhones technology ### 3/5 — App is ok but needs contrasting colour for on off button *2020-08-05* Like the air touch 2 controller, the on/off switch is almost the same colour. It is difficult to tell if the system is actually on or off. Why don’t you either change the button colours to red for off and green for on or have the words on/off. Ever since the latest update Im unable to access the timer or choose some of the rooms on my iPhone X Can we get an update soon Just updated the app and the “program tab is there” but I am unable to set the unit on. The app has usually worked well but the latest update has set the zone % text as white on a very light grey / white background ground. The programming options aren’t super intuitive though. My biggest complaint is that the app won’t work if I am connected to a WiFi network other than the one on which the thermostat is connected to. This means I have to turn off WiFi and connect on 4G which is just a hassle. Could that be fixed please? **Developer response:** Hi Munteruk , You don't have to switch to 4G when your mobile is under other WiFi network. The app will search the airtouch in current network and jump to internet access interface after 5 seconds.
