## What is AirTouch3?

Control your Airtouch3 zoning system and air conditioner (selected brands and models 

only) using your iOS devices from anywhere at anytime. This app, used in conjunction 

with AirTouch3 Zone Control System, is designed to give you unequalled control of the 

amount of air and thus air conditioning delivered to all parts of your home simply and 

easily with your iPhone or iPad. It provides majority of functions already via 

the wall mounted touch screen. It enables the control of following functions:
•Turn on and off the AC (if configured or with gateway connected)
•Change the set point of AC(with gateway connected)
•Choose individual group temperature as AC control temperature
•Change the set point of individual groups(with temperature sensor installed)
•Change the mode and fan speed(with gateway connected)
•Turn on and off groups/zones
•Adjust air flow to each individual group/zone
•Set programs and AC timer
•Set favourite scenes
•Name groups/zones
•Check system settings
•Synchronize system time
•Obtain AirTouch3 LAN IP and MAC IP
Once your AirTouch3 system has been installed with your air conditioning system, 

simply connect the operating module to your WiFi network, download the App and you are 

ready to go.

The app had an update early dec 2025. Now will not open on iPad. Until update the app has been working well. Notes in app say it’s a communication update. Well it’s all bad news!

I’m not sure why others are having issues… I’ve been successfully using the app without issue for 4 years. I’d be guessing it’s more to do with their internet connections than the actual app itself. I absolutely love it! I can turn on and off my aircon from anywhere, from work, my car, even interstate! This app rocks!

Hi,
The airtouch3 app for iOS is faulty.
Even though in the same wifi network, it always asks for password to use it; the password is being asked each time using the app even after few minutes.
It’s supposed to work immediacy if in the same wifi network; password is supposed to be needed if outside local network.
Can you please fix this!

It is more times that it doesn’t connect than it does nevertheless the main panel is clearly connected to the wifi. Called A/C technician who checked it and couldn’t find what the issue is.
