Il se connecte en Bluetooth mais dès que j’appuie sur une touche il se déconnecte et se reconnecte aussitôt. J’ai essayé avec une tablette androïde et un MacBook Pro et cela fonctionne parfaitement. J’ai envoyé un message à l’assistance mais aucune réponse. ### 1/5 — iOS 26.2 issue with PEDPro *2026-01-25, version 2.6.0* Come on Airturn - fix the issue with iOS 26 now please. Don’t accept that it’s an Apple problem - your Bluetooth integration needs fixing. It works in an older phone with IOS 18. Do not upgrade, until there is a new firmware update. If not the pedal is useless on IOS 26. I have tried everything to get it working again but no success. All I want it to do is advance the page in Setlist Helper or Ultimate Guitar app. Apparently it is capable of far more than that which I believe is part of the problem. I have found the user manual to be pretty much useless and the customer service hasn’t been much better. I guess if you were an engineer or computer programmer it would be fine but I’m neither. Möchte man OnSong jedoch mit einem iPad9 steuern, funktioniert trotz gleichem Update und gleicher Einstellungen (oder auch mit geteilten Eisntellungen) die Steuerung nicht. (Das iPad7 ist völlig entkoppelt.) Man muss (im Modus 3) für die ersten beiden Tasten (1. Start / 2. Stop / 3. vorheriger Song links / 4. nächster Song rechts ) andere Befehle hinterlegen, welche völlig unlogisch sind. There isn't a need to do random updates. I have talked to the company. From the bluetooth pairing to the incompatibility with various software packages, it disappoints on all fronts. This is not rocket science. It just plain disappoints. I would pay 3 x as much for a product that works. But NO……. Turned out to be operator error. Dan in customer support was very patient and walked me through the entire process and gave me some tips and pointers. Got to speak to real person who stands behind the product. Imagine that. This caused issues when I was accompanying a play last weekend. I discovered this app, and I found out that auto-repeat was on (poor choice for a factory default BTW) and that the debounce time was fairly low. I was able to easily turn off auto repeat and max out the debounce time to 500 ms. I think this will solve my problems with the device. I’ve had my BT-200 for over two years and I just now decided to RTFM and that’s how I found out about this app. I think they should tell you about it very clearly in the Quick Start guide. ### 5/5 — Awesome app and pedal! *2022-05-05, version 2.2.3* This app is simple and straightforward. I’ve found the plastic part at the bottom that connects to either the mic stand or extension arm tends to strip easily, but the folks at AirTurn are very nice and quick send a replacement. I’ve been using the BT-105 for four years now and can’t imagine scrolling through lyrics without it. I just got the new PEDpro and already like the updates, dedicated power button (no more holding the tiny button and counting to five), battery indicator on top, iOS keyboard access has its own clearly marked button, intuitive mode scroll, an app for updating the pedal, and best of all no more wires, except for charging.
