He is courteous and attentive. He great televisit Manor for a lack of a better term and he listens and gives you great advice. He approaches the issue and takes it one step at a time gives you a diagnoses that may be the possible problem. He suggests a course of action and then assesses if needed any other possible treatment an/or medication. He’s great with following up and he’s makes you feel at ease. He understands how us pet parents feel about our fur babies. 🐶❤️ I’m so glad I’ve got to meet Dr. Zagara and I wouldn’t trust my cavopoo Zoe to anyone else. If you ever are in the need of a fantastic veterinarian, Dr. Zagara is the vet to talk to. I appreciate him so much. Can’t say enough about him. He’s great. I highly recommend him for all your veterinary needs. She got kennel cough from her last grooming (and is contagious ) . all this app did was charge me 35 bucks to say take your dog into the vet anyways . Which is what I the description of the services the app offered was supposed to be included in the membership fee . Nope it’s vet techs answering questions and just saying you need to take your dog in and spend money . You have to pay $30 a month or a $75 dollar fee to get on a video call ### 1/5 — They “couldnt” charge my card *2023-07-03, version 2.21.0* After their recent policy update that new members would not qualify for the $3000 emergency fund, they all of a sudden started having issues with charging the card that’s been completely fine for months and months. I even added a new card and they didn’t try to charge that one. So they ended up cancelling my service and now if I join again I’m sure the card will charge just fine, but I won’t have the emergency fund. They said it was not life threatening. At 9.13pm on 10.9.22 my lab passed away . So thank you for denying me life threatening. They don’t care to see any images or video of symptoms. They will give you a very vague idea of what “ it might be” which can be easily found by Google search. At the end of the day, I blame myself and this won’t happen again. Through Airvet, we were able to speak to a licensed vet, tech, who then connected us with a video call with a veterinarian. Over live feed, he was able to do a reasonable exam of our dog and suggest treatment for today, since it is Sunday and our vet is closed. We know what to monitor and will know whether she needs to be seen tomorrow. This definitely saved as a trip to a pet urgent care.
