I’ve been trying to reach someone for weeks and can’t seem to get through to customer service no matter how long I wait on hold. I’ve also tried to order a new SIM for my phone and for some reason something keeps screwing up on their end. Also on my old phone I wasn’t even able to make calls, only texts. Because if something on their end. Then after five days of little to no service it started working, but I tried to get AirVoice to create a free eSIM so I could activate on an unlocked phone. They refused several times and charged me an additional ten dollars for another sim. Beware you have to tick the box that says you want to add hotspot . Simply choosing a plan that includes it is not enough. If you don't you will be forced to pay another $55 and lose out on the rest of the months benefits you already paid for. Not worth it.
