C’est une arnaque on nous oblige à mettre un solde de 10€ minimum pour une lessive de 6€ et quand on veut retiré surplus d’argent il nous prenne 2€ pour leur frais d’administration à la con c’est une grosse arnaque a fuir

Je déconseille l'utilisation de cette application. Si vous enregistrez votre carte bancaire pour un prélèvement automatique, il n'est pas possible de la supprimer de l'application. Si vous voulez retirer votre solde vous avez des frais injustifiés de 2€ et si vous tardez à retirer votre argent (+ de six mois) vous avez des frais d'inactivité (perso ils m'ont prélevé l'intégralité du solde)

I just wanted to do a load of laundry at my hotel. This app added 10-12 minutes to the chore between downloading, creating account, connecting payment, and funding the wallet. None of the added “features” add anything useful enough to justify the complications over just using Apple or Google Pay.

This is an absolute scam of an app to try to data mine with the user data, collect hidden fees for getting overpayments which they will force you to do even if you have the correct amount of money and they count to pay for the machine.  Apple should ban products like this

This app is creating solutions for a problem that doesn’t exist. And by doing so just makes more problems. Just let me put coins in the machine, I don’t need an app for it. Machine said it cost $3.00 so I paid that on the app. Turns out it was wrong and needed $3.25 to start a cycle. App would not let me add another $.25 because it said the machine was in use. The AI virtual support wasn’t able to unlock the machine so I could start over, and it’s after business hours so there are no people working at the app to fix it. So now I just have no clean clothes and can’t do laundry because that’s the only machine.

The idea might be good but most places uses Bluetooth. I only downloaded it to use a place that gave the impression I could not pay cash 
The signal was very poor so could not connect to the machines so the experience was pointless as had to pay cash anyway.
To function it needs a cardreader in the room

Signing in is now faster and more reliable — we fixed an issue where requesting a new verification code during phone sign-in could get stuck instead of sending a fresh code.

**What's fixed:**
- Resolved an issue where tapping "resend code" during sign-in wouldn't reliably trigger a new verification code, sometimes requiring multiple attempts.
- Fixed a crash that could occur during sign-in on certain accounts.
- Fixed a crash in Boost that could happen when a membership subscription failed to process, and ensured you now see a clear error message instead.
- Corrected a display bug where the Pay tab could briefly show the wrong price after scrolling through your cards.
- Withdrawing your wallet balance now clearly shows the admin fee that will be deducted before you confirm, and the confirmation screen is correctly labelled "Withdraw balance".
