## What is AirWatch?

AirWatch simplifies breath work.

Unlike traditional breathing apps that guide you with timers, sounds, or strict patterns, AirWatch takes a different approach. Using your Apple Watch’s motion sensors, it tracks diaphragm movement to analyze your breathing in real time, giving you an overview of your session at the end of it.
