One option showed a segment from Charlotte to Birmimgham on the Ukrainian National Airlines and a segment from BHM to Miami on Air Dolomiti, a small European carrier that serves a handful of destinations in Italy. Perhaps these were obscure codeshares. But there was no information on the actual operating airline. And foreign carriers cannot serve entirely domestic routes.
