i have bought an annual plan with them and i’m facing several technical issues. the pdfs i am sending are not being downloaded from customers. upon reaching customer support they are saying the end user’s whatsapp is not updated thats why its not being viewed by them.

i have asked for refund just after one day of purchasing plan and they denied to give refund. never happened with any brand before.

This tool shows you 800 and for basic and 2400 for pro, but in reality, we actually go for chart replies to buy the packs in SNC or any platform. What’s this platform really not a worth of our money because the 800 you pay, it doesn’t give you any. Chart supply bots, just give you that to sending a message to thousand members, 500 members hundred members just that’s it in 2400 and 800 it’s not even giving you SMS. If I am not saying, don’t you just think if if you invested in it, you want to run a campaign. They will tell you to run a campaign in inside that tool, but actually the reality I’m a social media marketer. The matter doesn’t allow you to run ads and that too when you go for, we will try to boost our campaign or optimise our campaign in somata. It will not allow you to take amount amount balance recharging, so you will fell into trap because of this I literally I wasted ₹5500 on this tool with a lot of hopes, I am really it’s a waste of money. Don’t buy it. You just do one thing without automation. Also, your campaigns will run if you want you can buy third-party, but don’t attach it to your own ads accounts of your Meta and don’t spoil your business. If a small gap will come your entire business will get ruined so be careful carefully. Don’t by I am again and again saying if you want to do only automation, you can buy, but you have to do from only platforms. Don’t come for Facebook. That’s my talk. Thank you.
