## What is Aisha Masjid?

Aisha Masjid — giving made simple, and spending made clear.

This app is for the registered members and staff of Aisha Masjid. It
keeps every contribution recorded, every receipt to hand, and every
rupee of expenditure open to the people who gave it.

FOR DONORS

• See your monthly commitment and what you have given so far
• A receipt for every donation, ready to save or share
• Your full giving history in one place
• Make an additional contribution whenever you wish
• Fund Use — see exactly how the community's money has been spent,
broken down by project and expense head
• Mosque announcements and events, with notifications when something
  needs your attention

FOR ACCOUNTANTS

• Record collections from assigned donors, with a receipt issued on
  the spot
• Accept walk-in donations from visitors
• Track pledges and follow up on what is outstanding
• Submit a cash sheet and reconcile what has been collected
• Request a correction when an entry needs fixing

FOR ADMINISTRATION

• Register donors and accountants, and assign who collects from whom
• Record income and expenses against named expense heads
• Publish announcements and events to the congregation
• Approve corrections and review a full audit trail
• Export reports to PDF and Excel

BUILT FOR TRUST

Every amount shown is an amount that was actually recorded. The app
never estimates, projects or fills in a gap — if it was not entered, it
is not displayed. Donors can trace the path from what they gave to what
it paid for.

IN YOUR LANGUAGE

Full English and Urdu, including right-to-left layout.

PLEASE NOTE

This app is not open to the public. There is no sign-up. Accounts are
created by the mosque administration for registered donors and staff.
If you are a member of Aisha Masjid and need access, please speak to
the mosque office.
