HORRIBLE APP I WANT MY MONEY BACK ### 1/5 — Stinks *2021-05-12* The captions weren’t that accurate and the it just stopped working one day. So annoying ### 1/5 — Does not work for music videos *2021-05-12, version 1.2.2* I thought it wasn’t working because I was trying add lyrics to my music video but the app keeps freezing and glitching. It literally doesn’t work and I already paid. The problems are reminding me of Android apps 🤖 ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work at all — don’t waste your money *2021-04-03* Literally just doesn’t work. I keep trying to upload my video and it just takes me to the main page. Can’t even get my video into the app in order to create the subtitles. Just purchased the 65 minutes of subtitles credit and can’t use it, and there’s no customer service option for the app when it doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money. ### 1/5 — No for me *2021-02-20* On the purchase page it claims by paying you can select 20 minute clips, but the can’t the app is infuriating to use clunky and unnavigable. I couldn’t make a video it was useless. It’s a shame because the subtitling actually automatically did detect 90%. But you really can’t go back and correct the lines because the program is so flawed. I just paid$5 and the captions are perfect but it took my video away and left me with just captions on a black screen. Very frustrating as this is the only app I was able to find that would generate English captions for Spanish audio and it does a great job doing it. I don’t know why it’s removing my video though. I tried to get app support but got a message that the server wasn’t working. Very bummed right now! ### 1/5 — Fraud *2020-12-11* I loved the 1 free 1 min video that I was able to do with this. Subscribed to the monthly for up to 20 minutes per month (seems low to me) but they never gave me my credits. Do not pay for this. It’s a scam. **Developer response:** Hey, You actually get an unlimited amount of subtitle on video exports from within the app, the only thing that is limited is the number of translations (the service that automatically transcribes your video and creates subtitles since that costs us money to do - it is currently 5 minutes for free). In addition, the subscription gives 60 minutes of extra translation minutes. Sorry if that was misleading in the app, but we try to make it clear . If you are having trouble using the app, we have a video tutorial that walks you through creating a video. As for the subscription not going through, I would suggest making sure the subscription actually went through Apple. Sometimes it seems like the purchase went through when it didn't. If it did go through but you still didn't get the credits, reach out at sajed.a.nahian@gmail.com and we will make it right. ### 2/5 — It doesn’t work *2020-11-22* It export the subtitles with black screen!! **Developer response:** We have fixed this issue where subtitles on video were leading to black screen! You top up you credit. Every time you push a translation subtitle so task it’s taking the time from your credits and then complaining about unsuccessfully server connection. Wouldn’t create the subtitles. Then I signed up since I thought maybe it was just a glitch. I kept trying to upload and create subtitles for my video, and it kept telling me there was an error. You (quack) fix it, I’m annoying, I’m ok with the (quack)ing watermark, but not the (quack)ing (quack) (quack) (quack)ing bug, I (quack)ing hate it. ### 1/5 — Can’t export the video *2021-07-09* After paying for the watermark to be removed, I wasn’t able to export the video even though I granted access to my photos (like the pop message said). Also, I had to translate all the words since it didn’t even did that properly. I purchased the paid program, so I could caption a 7- minute video, and found the process pretty simple to use. But then I uploaded the video and got a black screen only— with subtitles. And this is not an update issue, because I just downloaded the newest version of the app tonight. Thanks! ### 3/5 — Poor Server *2023-01-16* I am a Subscribed Member and have used this app couple of times but today after generating the subtitles a popup is coming and it says that 'There's been problem reaching the servers, Check your internet connection and try again' My internet is perfecly working so i suggest check your servers and repair it asap.
