I was looking for something casual to wear and came across some women's tops on AIVI. Found a style I really liked, and the fit was just right when it arrived. The app was easy to browse and ordering was quick. Really happy with the purchase!

I ordered Calvin Klein underwear from 6thstreet (AIVI). When the items arrived, multiple pairs had clear manufacturing defects — incomplete and loose stitching, unraveling seams on the side and waistband, and frayed threads. This is not normal wear; it is poor construction that should never have been sold under a premium brand name.

I contacted customer service with clear photos of the defects. Their response was a standard reply that innerwear is “non-returnable,” completely ignoring that this was a quality/defect issue, not a size or change-of-mind request. Even after pointing out their own policy on damaged/defective merchandise and referencing GCC consumer protection principles (Right to Safety and Redress), they refused to offer a replacement or any proper solution.

I also contacted Calvin Klein directly. They confirmed that since the purchase was made through a retailer, they cannot help and directed me back to 6thstreet. So the retailer is fully responsible — yet they chose to hide behind a hygiene policy instead of standing by a defective product.

The complete refusal to take any action on clear manufacturing defects makes me seriously question the authenticity of the products. When a seller refuses to replace or resolve obvious quality issues on a well-known brand, it raises strong doubts whether these are genuine Calvin Klein items or lower-quality/duplicate products being sold as authentic.

I expected better from a platform claiming to sell premium brands. Receiving poorly made underwear and then getting a dismissive response is unacceptable. Will not shop here again.

I’ve tried buying jeans from Namshi and Centrepoint before but I didn’t always find the fit I was looking for. Recently tried AIVI for men's jeans and honestly I liked the fit and styles much better. I think this is the end of good era , when it was 6th street it was fair and you can find good deals and it was my main shopping App. Now many prices are even more than the market and claimed to be discounted. Sad to see this !
