With the Aiways App, your smartphone becomes the direct link to your Aiways. Easily monitor and control your vehicle at any time and from anywhere. Currently the APP is only available in the European region.

Die App kann schon seit weit über ein Jahr nicht mehr genutzt werden. Alternative wird nicht angeboten. Im Jahr 2026 keine App für ein E Auto zu haben, ist mehr als peinlich und absolut Kundenunfreundlich. Allerdings ist das dem Hersteller ziemlich egal.

Du jour au lendemain l’application ne fonctionne plus à La Réunion. 
Plus de réseau 4G dans la voiture et application iPhone « réseau faible ». Aucune réponse apportée par le « concessionnaire ». UNE HONTE! Nous avons payé pour des fonctionnalités qui n’existent plus. Quels recours possibles?

Die App ist an und für sich nicht so schlecht - wenn sie funktioniert.
Gerade jetzt in der Sommerzeit wäre es fantastisch wenn man das Auto per App schon mal herunterkühlen könnte.
Nur leider lässt sich China viel Zeit und Aiways Europa hat keinerlei Einfluss darauf.

Nun funktioniert die Kommunikation zwischen der App, den Server und dem Auto seit 6 Monaten nicht mehr. Einfach nur Grausam. Ein solides und gutes Auto wird durch die Firma dahinter zunichte gemacht. Hoffen auf Wunder hab ich bereits aufgegeben. Die App wird wohl nie wieder funktionieren. R.I.P. Aiways.

La aplicación lleva meses sin funcionar, contactas con ellos y es como si los clientes no les importaran, siempre la misma respuesta estamos en ello, si meses para solucionar un fallo, restauras y trabajas en una solución paralelamente y no afectas a tus clientes, soy informático y sé que es un fallo en una App, pero jamás dejas a tus clientes sin servicio y si es necesario nunca más de una semana( por fuerza mayor)
