But this company FORCES you into paying for iCloud if you want to play back the alerts. Deleted the camera. And will never bother with these again. ### 1/5 — Greatly improved app over the last year *2022-09-09, version 2.3.0* Betrayed. No longer supports 7 day free cloud service after 3 years of use. It was one of the reasons I bought my Eken doorbell. Our door bell performance with the app has greatly improved to almost hearing doorbell on my phone in real time. Was able to carry on a conversation with my daughter at the door when I was 5km away and on 4G. Still some delay starting record when motion is detected. This is where it goes wrong it does not find my device so I press the +add device on app and guess what my device is not in the list of devices even though the instructions tell me to use this app. So no way of using my video door bell. Waist of my time and money. I love the simplicity of the app. Very user friendly. I'm installing security cameras next week and plan to use LiveHome to monitor.
