No heart rate, o2, temp, etc. only value is steps. What good is even having it do that? It’s nearly worthless. ### 2/5 — Can’t update ring firmware *2025-02-06* Attempting to update firmware gives an error stating that there is a problem with the network. Will upgrade review to 5 stars when this issue is resolved. I like this app, and the ring, otherwise. ### 2/5 — Not ready for daily use *2024-12-21* App is buggy at best as well as the ring. Firmware update no longer works after new update. Ring constantly stops recoding data randomly and has to be reset. App while it works does not implement any exporting through HealthKit. You can’t track any metrics through Apple health. Not sure what the HealthKit disclaimer is as it has no implementation. Extra functions like reminders or touch sensitive areas of the ring just barely work. ### 1/5 — Like the ring but app needs some upgrades. *2024-08-21, version 1.2.0* A couple of things I would like to see be better in the app. No where to find support or ask questions. I emailed once somehow but never received a reply. Weekly and monthly calendar of fitness tab (just like the sleep tab). I am not able to input manually when my menstrual period starts and stops every month regularly (example period tracker app). Almost every time I open the app it makes me sign again. And lastly for now, when I start an exercise, I am not able to use the other functions of the app without hitting the stop button and then I loose my exercise counter. ### 1/5 — Jusk *2024-08-11, version 1.2.0* Junk ### 1/5 — Unbelievably Frustrating *2024-07-30, version 1.2.0* Everytime I try to create an account so I can even start to use the functions of the ring it gives me an error. This is beyond frustrating especially since there are great reviews for the actual product itself, gives me pause as to the validity of the reviews if you can’t even register or sign in. Why even bother mentioning it if it doesn’t do it. PLEASE PLEASE adjust it on your end so those of us with old eye balls can enjoy the app. The ring is pretty and I think it tracks well. The ring will not connect to my phone anymore and also when put on the base the light is always fully charged! The logged data points and health information presentation is clear and easy to understand at a glance. It may take a second or two before the synced data is processed and displayed. I’m not going to pretend everything works, some aspects of the app simply do not function. I have not been able to setup a reminder yet as the app won’t save the reminder. The user guide and faq sections load a frowning face making them completely useless. One area I have not tried is the smart touch and sos functionality. Ultimately I find features like that more redundant than useful. ### 3/5 — One major issue... *2026-04-30, version 1.5.3* It doesn't support notifications for iMessage, just SMS! BUT there’s one issue that’s driving me crazy: the app triggers a glitch on my phone that turns on blue boxes around all the text on my screen. I’m not sure what setting it’s affecting, but it only happens after using this app, and it’s extremely frustrating. I’d love to keep using it because the app itself is great, but this glitch really needs to be fixed.
