## What is AJAC?

AJAC brings apprenticeship correspondence, communication, and reporting into one place so you can get more work done, whether you belong to a large enterprise, a small business, or an industry instructor. AJAC app helps you manage your apprenticeship anywhere. Whether you’re an administrator, supervisor, employer, or an apprentice, you can track on-the-job time, classroom attendance, competencies, and documents for your registered apprenticeship.  

For Apprentices: 
•	Get automatic reminders to submit your monthly OJT hours report and competency assessments.
•	See what courses you have taken and which ones you need to take next.
•	Track your grades and attendance and completion progress.
•	Get up-to-date information on your wage/step increases in real time.  
•	Receive updates, notifications, program enrollment and college registration information. 

For Instructors:
•	Get basic class information and student rosters to start and end your class with confidence.  
•	Enter weekly grades and attendance with a touch of a button. 
•	Receive updates, notifications, and announcements from AJAC staff to help you manage your courses and students. 

For AJAC Employers:
