Ever since yesterday, my app now closes upon opening randomly. I’ll need to completely close out the app and sign in again, for it to stay on again. When I was setting them up I was prompted to scan the QR code-it stated “wrong code!!” on the instructions within the box, and the serial numbers with the included instructions on the device to “top off” the sim were the wrong serial numbers too? What kind of service or professionalism or integrity is going on with this company. I can’t reach any help but AI which repeats to reset the cameras and ignores the issues! Do not but from this company! I can’t use a SIM card because the required numbers in the devices are wrong. So I would be forced to purchase AI! This is a scam and ridiculous. I’m an elderly woman living alone and trusted Amazon to provide quality products for sale-so-two epic failures.
