Check in hat nicht funktioniert. In App konnte ich ohne zusätzliche Koffer nicht einchecken. Musst das umständlich über die Webseite mache. Meinem Account wurden meine Flüge nicht hinterlegt ich musste jedes Mal aufs Neue Flugnummer und Nachnamen eintragen gefolgt von einem Code der sehr unzuverlässig auf meine Email gekommen. Tickets konnten nie meinem Wallet hinzugefügt werden. Sehr schlecht alleine deshalb nie wieder mit dieser Airline. Sehr schlecht!

Annoying app saying it’s downloading my ticket to some folder on my phone but not saying where. Freaking out I’m at the airport and I need my ticket! Update: I could print it at the terminal why didn’t it say I can print it at the airport?? This app should have functions. Easy check in and easy ticketing. So hard?
