Please add the feature allowing turning off non-essential notifications without needing to turn all of them off through phone settings. Leider ist genau das hier nicht passiert. Ich habe über einen Drittanbieter (Opodo) zwei Tickets bei Ajet gebucht. Als sich die Reisesituation meiner Eltern änderte, wollte ich die Tickets stornieren oder umbuchen. Statt Hilfe bekam ich nur endloses Hin- und Her: Ajet schob die Verantwortung auf Opodo, Opodo zurück auf Ajet. Am Ende fühlte sich niemand zuständig. Laut Gesetz müssten mir zumindest die Steuern zurückerstattet werden, doch Ajet verweigert sogar das. Nach mehreren Telefonaten wurde ich jedes Mal abgewimmelt. Als ich nach mehrmaligem Hin- und Herfragen schließlich wissen wollte, was ich nun tun solle, bekam ich von der Mitarbeiterin am Telefon in einem frechen, herablassenden Ton nur zu hören: „Ja, Pech, dann lassen Sie den Flug eben verfallen. Geld und Gepäck sind halt weg.“ Null Entgegenkommen, null Hilfsbereitschaft — einfach nur Abwimmeln. Für den Kunden bedeutet das: hunderte Euro verloren, keine Lösung, dazu auch noch unverschämte Antworten. Diese Respektlosigkeit ist einfach nur schockierend. Ein solches Verhalten ist unprofessionell, unsympathisch und absolut untragbar, ganz egal, ob Billigairline oder nicht. So spricht man nicht mit Kunden, die bezahlt haben und lediglich ihr Recht auf eine Rückerstattung oder Umbuchung wahrnehmen wollen. Fazit: Ajet ist nicht nur kundenunfreundlich, sondern verstößt aktiv gegen grundlegende Service-Standards. Wer hier bucht, sollte sich darauf einstellen, im Problemfall gar nichts zurückzubekommen, außer frechen Antworten im Callcenter. Meinem Account wurden meine Flüge nicht hinterlegt ich musste jedes Mal aufs Neue Flugnummer und Nachnamen eintragen gefolgt von einem Code der sehr unzuverlässig auf meine Email gekommen. Tickets konnten nie meinem Wallet hinzugefügt werden. Sehr schlecht alleine deshalb nie wieder mit dieser Airline. My flight from Sharjah to Istanbul on 24 July 2025 was delayed by more than five hours, which forced me to stay overnight in Istanbul and incur additional expenses for accommodation, transport, and food. AJet later informed me that they would compensate me with 400 EUR and confirmed that the payment had been transferred on 24 September 2025. However, the money has never arrived. Over the past several months, I have sent dozens of emails, provided bank statements, personal information, and every document they requested. My bank (N26 in Germany) has officially confirmed that no such transfer ever reached my account and that there is no trace of this transaction in the payment system. Despite this, AJet continues to insist that the payment was made, while refusing to provide a verifiable transfer confirmation that includes the IBAN and transaction details. They also refuse to initiate a proper investigation with their bank. This situation has now been ongoing since September 2025, consuming an unreasonable amount of time and effort for a payment that should have been simple to resolve. The customer service responses are repetitive and unhelpful, and the issue remains unresolved after months. I strongly advise travelers to be cautious.
