### 1/5 — ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE – DO NOT TRUST THIS APP!

This is officially the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I placed my orders on the 1st of June, and because there was no Cash on Delivery (COD) option available, I was forced to pay the full amount upfront. Now that they have my money, they couldn't care less about delivering my products.
One of my orders was supposed to be delivered by June 6th, and the other by June 12th & it’s july 14th, I’ve been waiting for this so long more than a month & i hadn’t received a single order yet, It is now well past those dates, and both are hopelessly delayed. The app just shows a generic "overwhelming number of orders" excuse, which is a blatant cover-up for sheer incompetence.
To make matters worse, their courier partner, Shadowfax, is a complete joke. The tracking is completely stuck, and the delivery personnel refuse to pick up my calls. You cannot force customers to pre-pay and then completely ghost them without delivering their items.
If you value your hard-earned money and your peace of mind, stay far away from this app. They take your payment instantly but give you zero support and endless delays in return. Unprofessional, unreliable, and downright frustrating! FRAUDULENT EXPERIENCE!

They have worst customer support and they never help you and they a ra waste and I order few products and it is more than 12 days and there is no response and raised multiple complains  I don’t have any option to attach the screenshots but if some genuine person from AJIO can reply me I will share all proofs and Iam telling every user don’t trust this AJIO and they are not genuine

I ordered Converse All Star shoes and patiently waited for 20 long days, only for them to cancel the order on their own — without any proper explanation. What’s worse is that the product is still showing as available on their app! Every time the delivery date comes close, they either cancel or return the product, blaming it on “logistics issues.”
I even tried reaching out to customer care, but they were completely useless — just kept repeating the same line instead of fixing the problem. If they don’t actually have the product, they shouldn’t be showing it as available!
Such a waste of time, energy, and patience. Totally unreliable and unprofessional. I’ll never order from them again.

I shop from Ajio once in every 2-3 months, this time also I ordered 10 products out of which the quality of 3 products was bad. Now Ajio has listed fake vendors to earn money. They are selling local clothes in the name of brand. I ordered branded product and local clothes came which you will not be able to return even once. I returned it 3-4 times but cancelled it every time because it was a wrong brand. They are selling the same product and saying that the brand is also wrong. But they are not taking the return because their criteria is wrong. What should the customer do in this. I called customer care but there was no response from them either. They kept saying to email and take a photo. After that they said that they will check and update you. Guys, I request you to check the product and buy it from a genuine site. Do not buy the product from Ajio app because the Cender is fake. After buying the product, your money will not be returned and you will not be able to do anything. Their customer support is also of no help.
