Audio has stopped transcribing, yet it’s charging minutes for transcription…and will charge transcription minutes MULTIPLE times for the same recording it says it transcribing is complete while the screen remains blank. The problem happened before I purchased additional minutes, worked great and now has not worked for almost 3 weeks. Reset options are limited and while I did reach out to support, multiple times, they never replied. I purchased an annual minutes plan and the lack of assistance coupled with the erroneous duplicate transcription charges is beyond frustrating. I based my purchases on the Amazon reviews and now I’m questioning the validity of those reviews. ### 1/5 — Works sometimes now no playback *2025-04-11* This used to work flawlessly, now it takes multiple requests to get a translation and when you hit playback it playing with no audio ### 1/5 — Poor performance *2025-02-10* App was working great until it wasn’t.
