I was able to roam over wifi and get and send calls. But you can judge an app by it's simplicity. This app is easy to set up. Tried call forwarding which worked. So you can receive calls while you are abroad. If you lucky to connect, the voice is NEVER clear. Wasted all my top up and customer care were not helpful. How much worst can it get, I just hope I can convey more how bitter it is to use a network like this . I read some good comment but were absolutely misleading. I can easily make international calls to my friend residing in Singapore using a global number by Ajura...best part is low cost & no poor connectivity...
