Property Purchase Steps — redesigned with numbered circle badges, icon chips per step, gold connector lines, and a restyled decision diamond + Yes/No outcome cards.

Finance Calculator — rebuilt as one inputs card (icon + big value + slider per field) and one results card (2×2 grid + "Update Results" button); added down-payment %; centered all result text/labels.

Where to Live map — pins switched to icon-circle + colored tail dot + name bubble (now matching the Where to Walk map's marker style); gold gradient title bar; floating category legend.

Rent Prices Map — removed the duplicate data-source line under the title (kept only inside the "?" info sheet).

Building Journey — all text (titles, step durations, summary stats, tip) now centered.
