Pls pls pls update this freaking app🥲🥲 ### 1/5 — アプリと連携できません *2022-05-16, version 1.2* イヤフォンとアプリは繋がって音楽や動画は問題なく聴けるのに、そのまま AK専用アプリを開くと一生接続できませんと出て先に進めません。。 ### 1/5 — 認識しません。 *2022-04-20, version 1.2* 接続環境はiPhone13pro iOS15.4.1です。 本体ペアリング済み、再生も問題無く出来るのですがアプリが本体を認識してくれません。 本体のリセットや再ペアリングなどをしてみましたが、状況は変わらずです。 ### 1/5 — 接続に失敗しました。iPhone7 *2022-04-10, version 1.0* アプリがイヤホンAK UW100との「接続に失敗した」とアナウンスしてBT接続画面に遷移します。BT接続はできていて音楽は聴けています。のでBT接続画面を出されても対処出来ません。再起動、再接続など色々やりましたが、結果、その繰返しですのでこのiPhoneアプリはイヤホンを接続していません。 環境は iPhone7、os15.3.1です。 Android DAPではアプリが使え、イヤホンのファームウェアアップデートは出来ました。結果、「接続に失敗しました」が英語から日本語に変わりました。 自分のiPhoneではアプリとイヤホンが繋がらないので使えませんが、Androidで確認したアプリの用途は、外音取込レベルを2くらいにすること、ファームウェアのアップデートをすることの2点だけです。イコライザーのプリセット設定は音が不自然になるだけで使えません。イコライザーもtap設定も自由度はありません。 使えないアプリではありますが、アップデートしてイヤホンと接続くらいはして欲しいです。 ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — まともに動かない。 *2025-12-07, version 1.8* 音量調整のみならずBT/USB接続偏向といった単純な動作もできない。本体側でできない作業でアプリがこれならどうやって使えと。 ### 1/5 — fully does not connect to HB1 *2025-06-06* multiple ios devices, multiple resets, multiple HB1’s. Every time I connect, the earphones are in mono mode - I have to toggle “Detect Wear During Playback” to get it back to stereo. Fantastic products and service..I’ve tried to connect way too many times with the new wireless mkIIs A&K recently launched. The buds have only locked on 1 time so I finally just left the app alone. Pass. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t connect - useless *2023-11-09* I’m using this to connect to the newly released HB1 Bluetooth DAC, and the app simply doesn’t connect. The device connects to my phone and will play sound, but when it comes to app connectivity, the app doesn’t recognize the device properly. May return the whole product because of this. Disappointing. Sad to see it’s affected their other products as well based on other commenters. ### 1/5 — Aw100MKII ear buds *2023-10-18* Bought. Sound is okay but needs some help with an equalizer. Can’t get the earbuds to sync with this app. Have sent an email to A&K support but no response yet. If not heard from within next two days I will be returning the headphones. ### 1/5 — App Won’t Connect *2023-09-25* I just received my AK Hi-Fi TWS UW100MKII. The earbuds themselves pair with my phone and A&K SP2000T but I can not get the app to pair. I installed it into an iPhone ProMax 13. I also verified that the earbuds are connected via Bluetooth to no avail. This app is not ready for prime time. I hope a fix is deployed ASAP. Embarrassed for A&K. ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 4/5 — Some improvement needed *2026-03-07* This is definitely one of the more well thought out design wise be it functions grouping or the material design ish UI. Unfortunately it still suffers from two issues. First is the debug process being not comprehensive. IOS sometimes need restart to make Bluetooth connection discoverable by apps, it's not just ak, fiio and alike too. But the debug page never wrote this so a lot of people just try disconnect reconnect and quickly get turned away.
