Ads before and after you play

Ads to refill play tokens, ads autoroll after every game. I’m shocked you don’t have to watch an ad to install the app.

Response from developer

Hey, thanks for your feedback! I totally understand that ads can be frustrating, but just to clarify—there isn’t an ad after every game. Interstitial ads actually have a cooldown of several days. Are you using the latest version and closing the ads properly? On a side note, ads help keep Tawa running, as the app currently costs more to maintain than it earns. Without them, there wouldn’t be a Tawa at all! We always try to keep the balance fair, but I appreciate your thoughts and will take them into account. Thanks for giving the game a try! 😊

Simply the best Akari app!

Mathematician here, I absolutely love logic and number puzzles. Sudoku was my favorite for a long time until I discovered Akari! Now that Nikoli no longer has an app, this one is a must! Thank you!

Fun type of puzzle… all stuck behind a pay wall/ads

At least make maps for free in the first couple of chapters and then i different place to purchase more maps. Kinda crazy, makes it less fun that it’s $2… A PACK

Response from developer

Hey omdave83, not sure if I get you right, but you immediately get 60 pack games for free + 365 free Daily games + 52 ultra difficulty Weekly games per year. Isn't that a lot, how quickly are you solving the games if you don't have several hours, if not days of free fun with them? :D

Very Interesting Game!

I just downloaded this game yesterday and honestly I was very surprised at how well made it is! The beginner tips are very thorough, and it definitely makes for an interesting way to pass the time!

One little suggestion I do have is about the highlights. Would it be possible to make it such that you can highlight a cell with two colors at once? For example, if you want to put both blue and green in a cell, would it be possible to show both colors? It would make it a lot more convenient for marking chains.

Other than that, this is a great game! I’m surprised it hasn’t gotten more attention. Keep up the good work! :)

Response from developer

Hey HalfKite, happy to hear that you enjoy playing Akari! Thanks for your suggestion with the highlighting. The next time I have some time I will think about the best way to implement something like this. I don't want to promise you anything, but at first glance it sounds the multi-color highlighting could be very useful :)
