I’ve sent support request multiple times on this app, no response. Playback with continuous recording is difficult to review now without the highlighted time for movement, removed from app. Notifications to phone no longer work.

Not sure what happened but all of a sudden I can no longer view in full screen, when I click full screen my screen shows the image zoomed and half the screen is black. Only a year old. Was a good little outdoor camera until this happed. Checked all setting with no luck.

The app worked fine for quite awhile, and still does on a stand alone basis. But the link with Alexa is neutered now, the camera video will not show up on Alexa devices anymore.

The full screen mode is suddenly not working. You turn it on and it stays in the same layout within the app and only gives access to half of the picture (it doesn’t open and automatically rotate into the full screen anymore). PLEASE FIX, since there is no there app we can use for this camera.

It’s hard to get this thing to work right consistently. Sure it records to the sd card but when you try to skip forward, it may just keep pushing you back to the first recorded segment every time and you may never get to see what your looking for. Don’t be foolish, buy the wyze cam ptz and it’ll work as intended.

Akaso Smart used to be pretty good, but key features have been broken for awhile… foremost push notifications whenever movement (or sound) is detected… kind of important for a security camera.  It works on Android devices, but not on any of my iOS devices anymore.  When it did work, before about a year or so ago, it was spotty, working great for awhile and then not at all for awhile.  I think Support must have since given up on it.  Maybe they could add email notifications as an alternative… but that’s assuming this app is still being supported… which I am beginning to doubt.

Full screen views are now cropped like it’s on a phone in the normal camera view… however, you can still get them in the other mode where you can see all the camera screens at once… you switch to a single camera view and then press the button that rotates the view to landscape mode.  Unfortunately, there is no view rotation button back on the normal view.

If the notifications were working, I would have rated this 4 stars at least… but without it, I can only give it 2.

Thought this was supposed to be an awesome app! But it’s not it doesn’t notify me when there is movement. It tells me once I’m on the app and physically look at it but doesn’t notify my phone that there was movement. I’m super disappointed.

Something has happened with the latest iOS update or the latest app update, but now I can’t get the image from my camera to fill the screen on my iPad. Everything was working fine before this week. The same is true for my Tuya Smart cameras. This is an irritating inconvenience, to say the least. It’s as though it’s only meant to work on iPhone and there’s a problem with it on iPad. Otherwise, love the camera and the app. Please fix.

Power went out.  Network had to reboot.  Now, devices not saving to photos gallery.  One minute, it worked, then poof.  No idea how to fix this.  Playback also seems stuck on middle of last month.

The camera were working fine then one day the wifi went down and when it was back up, I tried everything to reconnect, but nothing but a blue light flashing. When it was working I would recommend this product but now not so much.

Nutze die App seit vielen Jahren jetzt. Seit 1 jahr kein querformat der kameras mehr.  Viele geräte lassen sich nicht mehr öffnen. Kommt immer versuch es später nochmal. Bitte endlich ein update. Ansonsten muss ich alle 30 geräte neu einlernen bei smart life

i've made it a mission in life to have people avoid this product and Akaso products. For months i've been contacting them about the inability to go in full screen mode due to the update and they don't give a s*. Waste of money for a crap product anyway. Mine have also now lost ability to pick up movement it will only recognize a huge object like me or my husband but no longer recognized our two huge dogs (german shepherd and retriever) it used to but slowly this product is becoming a nightmare. i will be smashing them and buying something else reliable.

It’s totally worse WiFi cameras I’ve waisted my money, I’ve contacted Akaso they agreed that it’s faulty and they wish to replace it, but they don’t have it in stock and it’s unknown when it will be available again. How stupid for a company don’t know there own systems and instead offering me £8 refund.  What joke.

The app was working fine until a few months ago, when I stopped getting the motion and audio sensor notifications through. This means the cameras are now useless! I contacted the developed and I didn’t get any reply. Very unhappy!

It logged me out, of course I have no idea what password it made me create, won’t send a reset code ... why does an app log you out? This is horribly designed.

Il serait intéressant de développer la possibilité d’effacer toutes les activités en un seul clic plutôt qu’à 15 à la fois. Beaucoup de temps perdu pour faire le ménage dans tout cela.

Slight lag in video, but that’s due to being connected via wifi.
