Worst customer support ever. Ticket bought from them cannot be tracked from the airline sites because for their profit they are including our tickets in group category without informing us. With reference to your above booking, this is to inform you that the seats are sold out in the requested flight and we have initiated refund process for the same from our end. The same will reflect in your account statement depending upon your bank policy. We’ve noticed that it takes about 24-48 hours for most refunds to hit their respective accounts. ### 1/5 — The worst travel company I’ve ever dealt with. *2025-10-28, version 9.0.59* They collected my refund from airline months ago and still haven’t paid to me. ### 1/5 — Don’t download *2025-09-03, version 9.0.56* Very bad experience by booking ticket through this app, they made my booking by group and when I requested to cancel the booking they didn’t respond well and that also I made my ticket with refundable booking and they didn’t even care. ### 1/5 — Fake tickets advertised *2025-09-01, version 9.0.56* I booked a Business Class ticket via @AkbarTravels at the advertised price. After paying, they downgraded my ticket to Economy, claiming it was a “mistake.” This is completely unacceptable. Mistakes in pricing cannot be used to cheat customers. I demand @AkbarTravels immediately honor the ticket I paid for — Business Class, as advertised. Travelers, beware: paying for a service does not guarantee you get what you booked with this company. And not response your mail and call. I couldn’t able to travel the date and I have informed this portal customer care. Now they are saying lot of condition on the cancellation. Still I’m waiting for a favorable response. Unfortunately there is no hope. Please think twice before your booking. ### 1/5 — Bad Service and App experience *2026-07-21* I did hotel booking for the first time but received failure booking mail immediately after money deduction and it’s over a month now and there is no sign of refund. Also there is no booking history available of it. Luckily I had mail to prove my booking but still received no help on my refund. When I asked about why there is no booking history and about the refund status, they ignored the history part and told me to reach out to card company using which I made booking. And when I asked for sharing transaction ID, they stopped responding. Worst and Pathetic experience with Akbar Travels App/site and customer service. You had completely ruined my first international trip with my wife. Pathetic pathetic experience. Would never ever recommend anyone for Akbar Travels. Just a suggestion, sometimes be human and think that people go for vacations and take packages so as to have stress free travel and enjoy. Not to get more stress from people like you. No internal cordination, no systematic planning, zero customer service, not at all on commitments is what i saw. The flight was scheduled for March 30, 2026, but I neither received the ticket nor any response to my emails. The flight has now passed without any communication from your end. What is particularly frustrating is that my payment was already accepted by your company. I called the customer care number, there they provided WhatsApp number, I texted them in WhatsApp but they gave automated reply and asked to fill the form, I filled the form and it’s been 4-5 days and no one contacted me yet. I also reported through their app and also emailed them but no one is responding. What is the solution now?
