It is my first time trading and rather than making the process simple the platform has made it even more complex. I get messages like “unable to trade at this time” or “invalid pin” when I have entered the right pin and even changed it to enter the new one. The person who contacted me to set up my account refuses to answer my calls or questions. The helpline is mostly not answered and just hung up. When I did get in touch with someone on the helpline, they just told me to change my password. Which was, as expected, a useless solution. I have not found any useful videos online on my issue. I tried emailing but the mail delivery system is not sending the email through.
