Akeron ESS è un'applicazione nata con l’obiettivo di fornire alle aziende uno strumento in grado di sviluppare una maggiore relazione tra l’azienda e le proprie risorse creando un ambiente di lavoro appagante e volto al successo organizzativo. Akeron ESS raccoglie in un unico strumento tutte le funzionalità che automatizzano la gestione delle risorse umane: Bacheca – Sentirsi parte del business Grazie al modulo bacheca sarà possibile pubblicare e leggere news aziendali dedicate, notifiche ed alert. Gli utenti si sentiranno integrati e informati, del percorso aziendale. Grazie agli aggiornamenti interni sarà possibile comunicare con loro in modo puntuale ed automatico. Gestione Assenze La funzione Gestione Assenze permette di gestire in mobilità la richiesta di autorizzazione delle ore di assenza dell'utente, eliminando procedure complicate. La funzionalità permette di visualizzare: la data odierna, la somma delle ore di assenza residue, le ore in approvazione, il riepilogo di ferie e permessi effettuati, programmati e in approvazione. Inoltre è possibile entrare nel dettaglio e visualizzare le date. Rimborsi Spese La funzione Rimborsi Spese consente di gestire il processo di inserimento nota spese, e completamento della richiesta del rimborso. Si possono scattare foto alle ricevute, inserire le informazioni relative e inviare il tutto all’azienda. La funzionalità permette di visualizzare: il mese corrente, il riepilogo dei rimborsi approvati e dei rimborsi in approvazione, i rimborsi inseriti, con il loro stato. Check In/Out La funzione Check In per la gestione degli appuntamenti, consente di sapere a che ora e in quale luogo è iniziata l’attività di un utente. Grazie allo smartphone è possibile inviare la posizione della sede di lavoro l’orario e note aggiuntive. Un nuovo appuntamento può essere inserito da App specificando oggetto, descrizione, stato, cliente, commessa, fase e note aggiuntive.
