**Review of Akhanda Yoga**

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience with Akhanda Yoga. After being a loyal supporter for the past 12 years, I never expected to encounter such a frustrating situation. I did not know the yearly subscription was set to auto-renew. Given my current financial situation—being unemployed—I immediately called to cancel and request a refund.

To my dismay, the customer service team refused to accommodate my request, despite my explanation of my circumstances. It was disheartening to see a company that promotes holistic values show such a lack of compassion. I had hoped for understanding and support, especially considering that I had not even used the service yet.

As a Canadian company, I expected better customer service and a willingness to help loyal customers like myself. It’s unbelievable that they would refuse a refund when the service has not been provided. I truly regret my long-standing support for a company that seems to prioritize profit over the well-being of its community.

I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering a subscription. It’s disheartening to see such a disconnect between the values they promote and their actual practices.

I love having the opportunity to practice so many different types of classes featuring authentic traditional Yoga whenever and wherever I want to. The variation of practices that suits my day to day needs is very useful as are the different lengths of the practices so I can practice a shorter class if I have limited time or a longer class if I really want to immerse myself. I find the classes to be very inspirational, grounding, and comforting. I highly recommend this platform.

The classes are very good, well explained and include all elements of yoga traditions. The video streams do buffer too often, which is annoying during a difficult pose. There is an option to download the video but lately each time I try to download the app crashes and the video is not downloaded. Please help!

Excellent customer service, Convenient App, great value & so Many videos to choose from! I love how they’re grouped in different series. I personally love the Breathwork & Chakra Balancing videos. I always end the session smiling- invigorated yet relaxed. I’m a beginner to the movement practices of yoga (less than 2 years- sporadic online practice only) and a regular meditator (daily, 4+ years). I’ve used another app for a couple of years but switched when I discovered Akhanda Yoga. Highly recommend!

I just want to say how glad I am that I found Akhanda Yoga. This is the Yoga that I have been looking for. I have been doing yoga apps for years now and I found that they were always too fast, they never paused for a couple of extra breaths where I felt it would be a natural place. But on Ahkanda it feels so natural. Second thing. The breathing has been so inviting and natural. The chanting has been so inviting and natural. And I feel an instant benefit from it. This is so surprising to me because I’ve never been interested in pranayama breathing techniques before. I had no idea the real impact it would have on my life.
