### 3/5 — Signs me out

*2026-08-25*

Great app, but I have to sign back in every time I open it

**Developer response:** Can you please update the all to the latest version? It should be fixed now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

### 5/5 — Improving

*2026-08-20*

When I subscribed two years ago, it lacked a lot of features especially in the task management side. The calendar part was always good. Since then they have added features one by one and now is one of the best available task management and planner apps. Waiting for their full-fledged iPad app and watch app.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. We are exploring full iPad app support. More news coming.

### 1/5 — Great premise, buggy, service is horrible

*2026-07-16*

I paid for a full year. What I stopped paying for was the Meeting AI because after 2 weeks it simply wasn’t joining the calls anymore. Their support team were notified (twice) but it was never fixed. And this morning the system won’t let me in because I need to update billing methods. There is nothing to update since renewal is only in 10 months. So I paid for a service that I’ve only partially been able to use and now not at all. And honestly, I’m disappointed because what does function (when it functions) is actually very useful.

**Developer response:** Hi Ludo, we’re truly sorry. Both the Meeting AI failure and being locked out despite having an active annual subscription are unacceptable. We’d like to investigate your account, restore access, and resolve the Meeting AI issue personally. Please contact us at support@akiflow.com and mention this review so our team can prioritize your case. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

### 5/5 — Efficient and perfect for the ADHD brain.

*2026-07-02*

I am an AkiFlow user of 2 years. I’ve tried dozens of productivity apps - every popular one in the market. AkiFlow is the first app that has every feature I need to task manage my life, all in one place.
If you’ve been bouncing between five different productivity apps trying to find something that actually works-especially if you have ADHD, like me - I can’t recommend AkiFlow enough. It’s become one of those apps that I genuinely don’t want to be without. I canceled for a little bit due to financial strain, Since cancelling, I have realized how reliant I have become on AkiFlow to plan my everyday life…. It’s truly one of a kind on the market. I reinstated my subscription as soon as I could, and Customer service rep Peache Torren was so fast to reply to me, and help me resolve any issue I had, along with following up often to make sure I was still using the app smoothly. I was incredibly impressed with the customer service team.

### 5/5 — Exactly what I was looking for

*2026-06-15*

Allows me to combine my calendar, to do list, and planner with a clean design. Keep up the great work.

### 5/5 — Best Task Management App

*2026-06-11*

Akiflow is the perfect combination between a calendar and a task management system. It merges the two in such a frictionless and intuitive process that it makes managing your calendar almost fun. On top of that, all of their AI features are actually implemented so well that they build on top of everything you do and aren't a useless chatbot. I highly recommend anyone and everyone use this app.

### 5/5 — Best All in one Planner

*2026-05-26*

I’ve been trying different productivity tools lately, and Akiflow has genuinely helped me bring more structure to my day. What I like most is how it combines tasks, calendar planning, and time blocking in one place without making things feel overly complicated.
As someone managing multiple responsibilities and meetings daily, having a single dashboard to organize priorities has reduced a lot of mental clutter. The interface is clean, fast, and especially useful for planning focused work time.Still exploring all the features, but so far the experience has been very positive and practical for daily workflow management.

### 5/5 — Best GTD tool

*2026-05-15*

Akiflow is the most streamlined GTD tool I’ve used, perfectly consolidating tasks from various platforms into one inbox. The seamless integration of a calendar for time blocking makes planning my day effortless and distraction-free. It’s a clean, powerful command center for anyone serious about staying organized.

@Peache

### 1/5 — Buyer Beware

*2026-05-13*

I’d stopped using this app about a year ago when I started a new job. I thought I’d canceled, apparently not. It took me about a week to notice the charge because I was traveling, and when I tried to get a refund they refused, despite the fact that I’d not used this app for a year. It’s really hard for me to respect a business that needs every bit of revenue so badly that they’re banking on people not catching the renewal notification. Now I’m out nearly $200, and for what? An app I don’t even use. Awesome. Do better, Akiflow. If you’re considering this app, I’m telling you there are better options by businesses with more integrity.

**Developer response:** Hi AmyLBee, we're really sorry to hear about your experience. This is not the experience we want for any of our users.

We'd love to look into this for you and do our best to make it right. Please reach out to us directly at support@akiflow.com and our team will personally review your case.

Thank you for giving us the chance to help.

### 2/5 — For computers only

*2026-04-20*

Sounds like a decent program if you’re in front of your computer all day. Doesn’t look like it’s set up well for Mobile. In fact you can’t even open an account from a mobile device Have these guys not noticed the number of iPads being sold versus the number of desktops and laptops. And for $250-$500 a year it better be great, but I’ll never know because I’m a real estate developer that spends my time in the field. I need great Software, but I’m not going carry around a laptop when I can work off of an iPad for everything else. The M5chip is amazing and with 2 TB of storage I can do anything on it (almost) that I could do on a laptop.

**Developer response:** Hi Zaddaa, thanks for the honest feedback. You're right. Akiflow is currently desktop-first, and we don't yet have a dedicated iPad experience. We hear you, and it's on our roadmap. Sorry we can't fully support your workflow right now. Feel free to reach out at support@akiflow.com if you'd like to stay updated on our progress.
