Then I transferred additional funds to the card, which completed successfully, then tried to log back into the app to verify the total amount. And yet again I keep getting the error message. I’ve reset my password several times, which the process works. But it still won’t let me log in. I am beyond frustrated. Password changes sometimes would work, but other times their site/app would time out so I could not access my account. Recently, scheduled transfers and card loads (from my bank) would randomly fail, and in other cases It would load lesser amounts than I requested. I tried contacting support multiple times via support email ticket and never got a response. I called their support phone number and after a 45 minute wait, I got through to a rep who refused to believe that it was possible to load funds from a bank account. After arguing with him for another 10-15 minutes, he spoke with his supervisor and eventually acknowledged that loading funds from the bank was possible, but he couldn't help me and that I needed to send screenshots to their support email ... which again, I never got a response from. After almost 2 months, not a single response -- only the automatic message acknowledging that a support ticket was created. No help whatsoever. ### 1/5 — Horrible customer service! *2022-03-02, version 10.32* This card works sporadically…the support site always has issues as well as the app and when you call for support you can never get through. I’ve got the card set up with direct deposit from work and then have automatic transfers for her and for one of my older kids who needs regular medication. It’s easy to use, you can have a bunch of cards, you can easily & instantly transfer between cards and I don’t need to worry about sudden copay bills because my ex took the kids to the doctor and didn’t tell me. The deal we have is if she fails to use the akimbo card, the copay is on her. Transfers take forever, and if you miss an auto transfer (which I recently did) you are immediately prohibited from bank transfers. And the only way to turn it back on was to contact customer service, who take days to respond.
