Customer Service is top notch and very helpful. This is a must have for cell phone owners plus other electronics. ### 1/5 — App and photo verification *2026-08-16* App is showing I need to retake 1 photo I did. Says 2 other newly added items need verified. Customer service says if I did not receive an email from them I do not have to do anything. They say 24 to 48 hours and items will be verified. Its been a month. App is not working as expected and customer service is not addressing the problem. Buyer beware.
