## What is Akıllıo?

Akıllıo is the official mobile inbox for the Akıllıo omnichannel CRM at https://akillio.net, built by MARK A Reklam Tanıtım. This is not a generic chat template or consumer inbox.

Who it is for
• Invited workspace owners, admins, and agents
• There is no in-app sign-up. Invitations and channel setup happen on the website.

What you can do
• See Open and Resolved threads, Assigned to me, Unassigned, and Handoff queues
• Read why the AI handed a conversation to a person, then take it over or resolve it
• Pause AI and continue as a human
• Use your workspace canned replies, write to the customer, or leave an internal note
• Work WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, and web chat on the same account
• Get notified for new inbound messages and human handoffs

The app uses the same account, conversations, and rules as the web workspace. Source and infrastructure are original to Akıllıo.
