At first I was using the app to gain reference to calorie count and to find restaurants that deliver healthier food choices. I realized that simply trusting the app helped a lot with eating healthier whenever I order take out food. I can’t live without this now and I recommend it to anyone who wants a simple method of not worrying what you order might not be good or healthy for you. 

Everything on the app is pretty much healthy with a bit of naughty choices every now and then 😇
