レビューみて心配になったので机の上において腹部の動きをONしてみたら
ちゃんと10秒後に
バイブなりました！でも携帯を消音モードにしておくとバイブだけじゃ気づけないかもしれないので消音モードはOFFにしないとですね！バックグラウンド中でも通知来ました🥲！
赤ちゃんはこれから産まれるので寝返りやオムツとかは試せていないです

・アプリ内設定で「アラームパターン」を「バイブ」または「サウンド＋バイブ」に設定しても、
スマートフォンがロック中やバックグラウンド時には 音だけが鳴り、バイブは動作しません。
・また、通知音もアプリ内で設定したものではなく、iPhoneの標準通知音で鳴ります。

この挙動だと、赤ちゃんの危険を知らせるための通知としては不十分で、
音が聞こえない環境（外出先や就寝時など）では気付けない恐れがあります。

使用していて不具合があり問い合わせましたが
製品の非は一切認めず、こちら側の問題だと一点張りで再インストールしろと。こちらの質問は無視され、ある程度時間が経ってから再インストールしてどうでした？みたいな文章が送られてきました。
商品購入したことへの感謝や不具合があったことへのお詫びの言葉が一切なく、たいしたことのない会社なんだな〜と思いました。

大切な命を見守る製品、と思って購入しましたが
信頼が全くできなくなりました。

最近購入して使用しようと思ったのですが、アプリを起動させたまま画面を開いておかないと、設定した音が鳴らず、閉じてしまうとiPhoneの短い通知音しか鳴らないため気がつきません。
せっかく良いものだと思うので、改善をお願いしたいです。

iOS17にアプデしたら、規定の通知音が変更され、非常に気が付きにくい小さな音になってしまいました！この規定の通知音は自分では設定変更できません。 　 元々アコイハートのアプリ内で通知音を選べるようになっていますが、これはiPhoneがロック中の場合は適用されず、iPhone規定のアプリ用通知音になってしまいます。それが今回、iPhoneのアプデにより、従来の「トライトーン」から「リバウンド」に変更されてしまいました。 音量は小さいし音が短いし高いし、少し離れていると気が付かないです。絶賛寝返り練習中の我が子に使用していますが、もし知らぬ間に寝返りしてアラームに気が付けなかったらと思うと…命に関わるので恐ろしいです。 　 LINEのように、iPhone側の操作でアプリごとに通知音を変えられるアプリもあります。アコイハートも同様に、ロック中の通知音を設定変更できる仕様へとバージョンアップをお願いしたいです。 どうか迅速によろしくお願いします。
