App is not intuitive to use at all. The only benefit is the links to info about the Akron race. ### 3/5 — Multiple races *2023-09-27* The only issue I have with the app is it won’t update the different events. I did the race series this year and before each event I have had to delete and reinstall the app each time because it won’t update to the current event. Other than that I like the app. ### 1/5 — Inaccurate or delayed *2022-09-02, version 6.0.0* I had used this app this year and last year so I could have followers on my Akron Races. On the Goodyear Half Marathon race, it still says I’m running even though the race ended a few weeks ago. I also was told it hung around the finish line for a while even though I was nowhere near the finish line. Then it decided to trace me 4 miles behind(an example is when I crossed the finish line, it finally decided to start tracking at mile 7) ### 1/5 — Poorly functioning *2022-08-14, version 6.0.0* This app does not work well. Multiple attempts to add Sport ID failed. The app also failed to track the bib, and some experienced person said 20-30% people the app will not adequately track (as a heads up if people are trying to track you). The app said I was still actively running the course even one hour after finished. ### 4/5 — Nice app *2019-10-07, version 3.0.3* Love results a little slow ### 2/5 — MISLEADING/FALSE INFORMATION *2019-09-28, version 3.0.3* This app displays a pace that is completely bogus until passing on of the splits at 7.5, 15, and 12.8 miles (for the mini), leaving the user with a TOTALLY inaccurate impression of the runner’s performance except at those spots. You can’t go 7.5 miles between accurate updates! The screen freezes regularly when looking at the map so that you can’t slide it or zoom. Transition between screens is awkward, requiring you to select the runner each time rather than being able to toggle between the map and split times screens. The “Y” symbol with a “do” in the middle is undefined. It does make the splits, but by clicking on it you should be able to learn more than the mile mark, like what it means. The map is completely misleading in that it apparently is based on a projected pace rather than actual location. At the “finish”, The app shows conflicting information. Map shows runner reached the finish line, but the split times aren’t shown yet for even the 12.8, let alone the finish, and the projected finish time continues to count down at the current clock time.
