### 1/5 — Total Scam ! Unprofessional service, delivery never happens and super expensive products.

Scam ! I would highly recommend that you NOT use this app. They make you put money into their wallet, and if you order stuff - they never deliver and simply mark things as delivered. I reached out to them and asked them to refund my wallet balance back and they lied saying they would and that they’ve refunded me, after that they’ve stopped replying altogether. Pathetic service ! They have limited options which are twice the price of those items, and that’s secondary - they never deliver, that’s the actual issue ! I hope the consumer court can take action against them.

Regarding our pricing, Akshayakalpa products may be priced higher than conventional alternatives because they are made using certified organic farming practices, sourced directly from our network of farmers, and undergo stringent quality checks to ensure freshness, purity, and traceability. ### 1/5 — 1500 recharged , checkout doesn’t work; team don’t care

There are some representatives that have come and told us that if we recharge ₹1,500 on the app, there will be ₹500 worth of products. They did give, but most of them expired on the same day, which we didn't take and have to throw away.

I did email about it, and they said, "Okay, it's a valid issue. We'll take care of it for the next time," but never got back on whether they will replace items for us. Anyway, it's free, so ₹1,500 we recharged in the app, and then I selected items. When I went to checkout, the checkout page is black. I checked on my wife's phone, and it is the same thing.

When I complained to them, they said, "We checked everything on our side. Everything is working." They don't even care that I have a signed screenshot and it's not working. The responses are very, very late. I think they just focus on getting money added into the wallet and not really care about support or anything for the customer.

If you are ordering from Akshay Kalpa, maybe do it on Blinkit or buy outside, but never from their own app. It's bad.

Serious privacy issues. The app forces you to give your location. There is no need for this and other competitor apps work fine. 
Also, an issue with delivery addresses. My community is not serviceable but the apartment right across is!

The app and call center service are excellent. However, be prepared for frequent issues with delivery, such as wrong deliveries or missed deliveries (sometimes ending up 2-3 kilometers away or in completely unrelated areas). You’ll receive immediate notifications and see automatic debits, but there’s no connection to the actual delivery location. Unfortunately, the ground-level execution team is highly unreliable.

Suggestion for new customers: 
Always have a backup plan, especially if you have kids at home. It’ll definitely help make your day a little easier!

The delivery person falsely claims to have delivered the milk at 5:30 AM, but in reality, it always arrives after 9 AM, making it useless on weekdays. I’ve only been able to use 25% of the product, while the rest ends up in the waste bin. Despite raising multiple complaints, it seems like customer concerns are not a priority for some reason. And I did raised complaint to the customer care number and via WhatsApp so I don’t want any recommendation mentioning contact our customer service or any. Just posting here so that you guys will improve your service at least a bit. 
Anyway I’m done with your service

The products from Akshyakalpa are of great quality. I have been using their products from more than 2 years and am availing their subscription model from last few months. The delivery has been prompt on time. In am really happy with their service and products.
The app is also very good.
One suggestion is if they can shorten the subscription pause timeline. Now we need to pause the subscription 2 days ahead..
