### 4/5 — Great on iPhone...that's it

*2017-03-31*

I give the app itself 5 stars. However, its a little shocking to me that it costs so much, yet there is no iPad app. You've got to do all your work on an iPhone, otherwise you've got this awkward iPhone app you have to work on an iPad. I want to be able to type my emails with my keyboard case, but on my ipad, the screen is sideways; no rotation. Ugh. Also, the iPad has a faster processor, so they've built this sophisticated app to only work on your slowest device. I was told nearly a year ago that they were "working" on other platforms. If that was true, they're very slow workers. Add an actual iPad app, and it gets five stars.

### 5/5 — Just got Tact

*2016-07-22, version 3.4.8*

All I need to say

"Amazing"

### 5/5 — Great productivity app

*2016-06-14, version 3.4.8*

I’ve been using Tact for several months now and while there are a few things I am waiting to see added I definitely find that the positives outweigh the negatives. I’ve used a few other similar apps in the past and this one has the most functionality and is the easiest to use. I’d recommend it to any sales rep who spends a significant portion of their day on the road like I do.

Update: Loving the new features! Keep em coming!

### 5/5 — Great App

*2016-06-13, version 3.4.7*

It handles the details while I focus on selling.

### 5/5 — Tact app

*2016-04-18, version 3.4.6*

This is a great app that has been saving me about 1.5 hours a day. I used to do my daily updates at night from home. Now I'm able to do the right when I'm done with a client or prospect. Getting lots more revenue creation time too.

### 5/5 — Enterprise Account Executive

*2016-04-14*

As many know updated SFDC can become a very administrative task, not with TACT, what used to take me an hour or two I can know do in about 20 minutes. since it prompts me to update SFDC after a meeting or customer call it happens at the moment instead of having to go update it from my laptop at the end of the day. Has a business card scanner, have not had the chance to use yet but looks cool, just came out with maps so excited to test on my next sales road trip. If you work in the field check out TACT, glad that I did

### 5/5 — An amazing app!

*2016-04-13*

I have been using this app for a while & just love it for both it's richness & simplicity. I used to burn evenings, weekends and daytime hours getting data into Salesforce. Not with Tact. It by far has the best Salesforce integration I've seen for an app. Everything from business card scanning, logging sales activities, planning sales calls & meetings, and switching between applications is super fast — it's all tightly integrated for a seamless experience. And heard they're building out a lot of cool new products and integrations that will continue to make my life easier. Can't wait!

### 5/5 — Best Salesforce App

*2016-04-13, version 3.4.6*

If you're like me and spend 1 hour to 1 and 1/2 every night updating Salesforce. Tact will give you back that time by logging Emails, Calendar, Task, Opportunities, New Contacts, etc on the spot. You won't have to worry about updating Salesforce anymore because it will help you log to Salesforce through your day.

### 5/5 — Using Salesforce? You can't afford NOT to buy Tact.

*2016-03-19*

How much is 29 minutes of your time worth? I had a business card of a senior decision maker inside a new prospect. I scanned the business card, created a new account, a new contact, and set my action plan - all in 1 minute. The same transactions would take me between 30 and 45 minutes in Salesforce. I'll be conservative and go with 30: 30 - 1 = 29 minutes gained for each transaction. Each transaction. If you're a manager, what is 29 minutes of your sellers' time worth? Could you grow your business profitably and help your team attain a better work life balance? Download the trial version and get metrics in place. Don't just use my data; collect your own. Dollarize the results. Then write a post. These guys at Tact have it. They just won a big SFDC award and updated my favorite App. Find out for yourself.

### 5/5 — BizDev

*2016-03-18, version 3.4.5*

The only workbench I need to make it happen. A must have for today's road warriors!

### 5/5 — App

*2016-02-29, version 3.4.4*

Good

### 4/5 — So far so good

*2016-02-23, version 3.4.4*

It makes working remotely so much easier. You are able to track and log things as you go as well as scan business cards to upload info into salesforce. The only thing that would help would be to add future events to your calendar. I was told that they are working on it though!!!

### 5/5 — Pocket Salesforce

*2016-01-24, version 3.4.3*

Heard a bunch of people talking about this at Dreamforce so I bought it on my own. I showed it to some managers at quarterly meeting hoping they’ll roll it out company wide. Latest version has calendar integration with SFDC, they seem to add new features every month or so.

### 5/5 — Beside Myself

*2016-01-22, version 3.4.3*

Literally amazed at the ease and functionality of this app. FINALLY!!!!!! Making calls and conducting business out in the field can be reflected on SF with ease. It's almost too good to be true. The price is the only thing that's tough to swallow but it may just be worth it.

### 5/5 — Great!

*2016-01-20, version 3.4.3*

Tactile is the easiest way for me to update information in salesforce on the go. Keep it up!

### 5/5 — New version rocks

*2016-01-19, version 3.4.3*

This app just keeps getting better and better. I find myself using it more and more which is really rare for a app. I can't wait to see how they continue to improve it.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — I see no value in this app

*2020-12-08, version 4.1.0*

The first thing one sees is a whole bunch of completed tasks with no way to get rid of them. On my screen, half of the screen is filled with completed tasks. Why?! They’re completed! I keep trying to use this app but get frustrated because it’s not intuitive. I don’t NEED another thing to memorize.

### 1/5 — Requires Salesforce. No bueno.

*2018-10-16, version 3.16*

I wouldn't have left a review had it been upfront about it being another Salesforce app and not wasted my time.

### 1/5 — Great Concept....POOR Pricing

*2015-03-05, version 3.2*

Let me start off by saying the app works great and has a easy to use interface. I used the premium version under trial and really enjoyed it but not when they wanted to change it to $25/month.

The premium version allows you to sync with Salesforce but why would I pay $25/month when the Salesforce1 app has the same functionality for free?

See for yourself...In the Salesforce1 app tap the upper left menu corner and select the "today" section. This takes you to the same calendar view as Tact and allows you to easily log calls, meetings, or whatever you would like. In fact, I actually enjoy using the Salesforce app more now and would have never found out about this feature if Tact didn't start charging for their app. Perhaps I should be thanking Tact?

Again, Tact was a easy to use and convenient app but I simply couldn't justify paying $25/month...especially when the SF1 app is free.

### 1/5 — Messed up

*2014-03-17, version 1.6.8*

This app just deleted my ENTIRE contact list!!!!

### 2/5 — Bring back the old logo!

*2020-11-07, version 4.1.0*

The new logo looks cartoonish - not businesslike at all. Please allow the option to have the ok’d logo... additionally you can’t customise the navigation or menu to exclude unwanted items (assistant, cases, notebook, etc.) despite option being presented...

### 2/5 — Nice, but $50 a month is outrageous

*2016-09-27, version 3.4.9*

This is a terrific app that works very well with Salesforce. $50 a month for an app that only works with the iPhone and isn't compatible with the iPad is a little ridiculous.

### 2/5 — Missing needed features

*2015-08-29, version 3.3.3*

This app could easily be 5 stars but it's missing basic functionality in the email app. I found myself going back and forth between my email app, SF and tact.

Features needed.

No Ability to grab files from Dropbox
No spellcheck
No search in email
No email templates

These are just a few.

### 3/5 — No IPad app?

*2015-10-29, version 3.4*

No iPad app?

### 3/5 — Great but not perfect

*2014-04-09, version 2.0.2*

To be honest it's the best app for to-do plus email conversation plus contact connection combination I've ever seen. Nice UI and fluent experience so far. However, chinese character display in email is not shown correctly. Also some format email is not shown correctly, for example some email content shows html
codes instead of content. Keep going, I will be happy to keep use it and wait for the fix!

### 3/5 — Great start

*2014-03-18, version 1.6.8*

It would be great to pull data from sfdc as well as push it. Reviewing notes on the fly would be a very useful thing.

It doesn't look like the completion of tasks is syncing either but I guess that will come.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — This is a game changer! The Best App in the App Store!

*2018-11-26*

Great interface for allowing Sales people to truly utilize SalesForce, as the viable sales tool (CRM) it was intended to be, not the tedious, time consuming chore it can often feel like.
This app saves us a tremendous amount of energy and time by tracking and allowing us to log our activity in real time.
This start-up developer has nailed it with their creative, much needed integration and they continue to improve upon this app.
I reached out to the developer and I received a response the same day!

### 5/5 — Regional Sales Director TASC

*2017-01-12, version 3.4.13*

This app allows me to make more money by being much more productive. It does this by saving me time. The app allows you to have all of your business contacts and information in one place including logistics directions etc.., it syncs with Salesforce and LinkedIn plus you can add contact with a simple picture of a business card. I love this application and now couldn't work without it!

### 5/5 — Rick Sutter-Regional Sales Director

*2016-11-29, version 3.4.12*

TACT bridges the dual entry frustration gap between Outlook and SFDC. It's a game changer and a time saver. Contact geo mapping leverages time and is a cool feature. Nice reminder and follow up features create admin efficiency. Let TACT be your personal assistant. The only thing missing is a way we can personalize our system with a clever name.

### 5/5 — Amazing for organization

*2016-11-11, version 3.4.10*

The app fully syncs with Salesforce to keep conversations, opportunities, and tasks, and events organized to stay on top of everything!! It's like having and secretary in your pocket!

### 5/5 — TASC Regional Sales Director

*2016-11-10*

It’s made me more efficient. So, in my day in the life as a sales person numbers are important. The more brokers I see in a day the better. I can pull up my TACT app, I look to see which brokers are around me and go ahead and do drop-ins looking for that face-to-face
meeting or hopefully schedule a meeting with them later on. As Soon as I finish up with that, I can enter an event right in my phone in the TACT app, add a follow-up task, and then hopefully a follow-up meeting. I really like being able to do everything from one app. Calendar, email, mapping, directions, events and tasks and it all logs to Salesforce.
If I had to pick a favorite feature it would be the mapping feature. You can see the people around your destination that you want to talk to. If they are unavailable you get a card, scan it in TACT and send an email immediately from the app and a follow up! Truly awesome.

### 5/5 — TASC Regional Sales Director

*2016-11-04*

Tact has been transformational for me personally. Before Tact, I used to be on the hit list with my RVP for not getting information into Salesforce. Running around all day, get home at 6:30PM and have to update everything that happened hours ago; double duty is my pet peeve. After Tact, I’m able to input all my on-the-fly meetings as I go, wherever I am in the field, while it’s fresh, without having to jump around to a bunch of different places, it’s all right there in one app. I see Tact as the bridge to be able to do things once and move on with your day.

### 5/5 — Regional Sales Director TASC

*2016-11-02*

TACT for Salesforce is a great time saver and has helped increase my productivity. It has all but eliminated the need to sit down after my work day and enter all of my daily events and tasks. Everything can now be managed with my IPhone which gives me more time to dedicate to my job, sales. I especially like the maping feature which allows me to view all my clients near my current location allowing me to make additional calls between scheduled meetings. I am so glad my company invested in this technology to help me better manage my day!

### 5/5 — My do-it-all app

*2016-09-28, version 3.4.9*

This app is perfectly tailored for my sales flow and combines all that I need and use in one place. Got it for sales, but now using it for every aspect of my life :) would recommend it in a heartbeat

### 5/5 — What Salesforce mobile should be

*2016-08-24, version 3.4.9*

What used to take me a few hours to update Salesforce at the end of my day now takes minutes after every meeting, call or email. I couldn't live without it. It's also a really slick app.

### 5/5 — 10x better than Salesforce1

*2016-07-29, version 3.4.8*

I'm on the road a lot and have found he Salesforce1 app to be essentially unusable. Tact changed the game for me, makes logging everything super intuitive and easy. Huge time saver. Love it.
