Do you also happen to have your phone set to "Zoom" mode? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Nonfunctional shell app *2025-12-14* I can’t register my athlete for his sport on this app. After three attempts to create account, I sign in only to find a bunch of empty directories, DM and group chat options with no listed contacts, and no link to upload my kid’s physical. Really easy to use *2023-08-03* I use this app to stay up to date with what is going on with my son’s school soccer team. Before we switched to aktivate I was tracking messages across text, email and other apps. Now it’s all in here it’s so much easier. You should be able to log into the app using the same credentials as the website. That would be greatly appreciated. ### 3/5 — Not there yet but a great start! *2022-12-24* Great app to sync up student athletes, parents and coaches. It’s a good start to sync everyone up but the coach has to follow up to see if students and parents get invites to the team. I cannot get notifications to work at all so I have to check the app all the time.
