## What is Akustikkollen?

Akustikkollen lets you measure reverberation time (RT60) in any room using your mobile phone. The app analyses how long sound bounces around and gives you concrete recommendations for acoustic treatment.

Measurement methods:
– Clap measurement: clap your hands and the app analyses the room automatically
– ESS measurement (exponential sweep sine): professional measurement with external speaker and microphone
– Interrupted noise measurement (ISO 3382): for detailed T20/T30 values per octave band

AR room measurement:
Measure room dimensions using augmented reality directly in the app – no tape measure needed.

Acoustic analysis:
Get a clear report with reverberation values per frequency band (125–4000 Hz) and comparison against guidelines for your room type.

Request a treatment proposal:
Submit your measurement results and room dimensions to receive a cost estimate for acoustic products from Absoflex and ACQwool.

The app is free to use. Measurement and analysis require no login.
