Ask for personal info to attempt to fish for date to steal money or account info. ### 1/5 — Message feature is unusable *2026-02-02* Can’t message my provider because the app won’t let you minimize the keyboard so you can hit send. ### 3/5 — Information *2026-02-01* This app doesn’t retain much of the information such as note from the doctor, appointments, or messages. Now I get an error when I try to log in and cannot access my record. I was told to Re-download the app and try again. Did that. Now it throws me out when I click log in. My.freaking. Blood pressure. Good grief. ### 1/5 — Proof of Concept Quality Product *2024-10-09* This app is what I would call proof of concept. It’s got some of the basic functionality, but lacks important capability and has a UI that needs major work. I use the iOS version which is similarly lacking, but was shocked to see how poorly designed even the logon screen is for the Mac OS version. Given the lack of attention to detail and the poor customer facing presence, I feel nervous about trusting health information on this platform. I hate leaving poor reviews, ut as a software guy feel it important to give honest feedback. You’ve got a lot of work to do. Fortunately for you, there are some far more polished competitive products on the market to get a baseline. **Developer response:** Hello, we appreciate you providing your feedback. We have made significant updates to the app since fall 2024 and would love to have your updated feedback. In addition, we are fully HIPAA compliant and SOC2 certified. So you can be confident that our platforms are safe and secure.
