I mean globally, many local apps mostly are the same quality (very bad). Considering current AI and product design capabilities, the overall UI/UX could be improved quite easily. My main issue was the lack of proper onboarding. The app did not guide me to: - add my address; - top up my wallet; - subscribe. When I tried to subscribe after opening the app, it said that I needed to complete / fill in my account. However, I had to figure out myself where exactly to do that. The same issue happened again with the wallet top-up: the app told me to “go there”, but did not make the process clear or intuitive. And the final issue: after I actually made the payment to Al Ain Water, which I confirmed with my bank, the wallet balance did not update. I made two attempts: - AED 100 by entering card details through the website; - AED 50 via Apple Pay. I am writing this review 20 minutes after the transactions, and the wallet balance still has not changed. **Developer response:** Hi, sorry for the unpleasant experience you had with our app. We request you to upgrade the app to the latest version. People put money and they can’t withdraw because there is no Option for withdrawal.have call costumer care and give them my details then follow up 5 to 6 days then the money will be transfers to your bank account. Please refund my 50 AED and cancel my account ### 1/5 — Does not work as it should *2024-06-04, version 5.7* With shopping/delivery apps - you order something, you have the option to choose a date, and the product actually get delivered on the date that you choose. You can order something, then everything else fails. You give feedback to the company. It fails again. You submit complaints via email, WhatsApp and via phone. They ignore you and close your complaint, but then promise it won’t happen again. Guess what? It happens again!!! So you want to cancel your account, after citing all the reasons, and they seem confused why as they said they are going to deliver the product today. After having chased them. For 2 days. I went through all the reviews from the past four years and realized that Al Ain Water should fire their entire software development team. The design is cluttered and dysfunctional—you have to tap through each category to find what you need, instead of having the most important options easily accessible at the bottom of the home screen. The app freezes after entering the OTP code, leaving you waiting indefinitely. Turns out, the developer decided to disable automatic login and hide the “Sign In” button behind the keyboard. And another thing—after four years, they still haven’t fixed the map functionality or address input. LIWAN is a well-known area, yet your app continues to list it as Silicon Oasis.
