I got my daughter a card in my name, and whenever she logs in to check her balance, I get blocked out for a long time and get a failure msg every time I try to log in. Even if she logs out I still need to wait for a long time before I am allowed to enter. Its so inconvenient especially when I need to add to her balance in a rush. App keeps prompting me that EID expiry is invalid when it’s not. Tried killing the app and restarting it after which it accepted my details and allowed me to create a new PIN. However, now that I log in it’s asking me again for the same details which I entered for registration!
