The app crashes all the time can’t add money.  can’t save credit card information so have to enter it everytime. Not practical will change water company!

The app interface is super outdated and not user-friendly. 

Orders are never fulfilled as promised, they’re always either missing something or delivering late. 

Ordering through the app is inconvenient. When you’re ordering water from a water distribution company, you would not expect the delivery date is 3-5 days, especially, when the salesperson promised they would be available 24/7.

When we placing the order thru application, they never brought exact same order. There always will be missing something. Either they don’t have small 500ml bottles, either 1,5ltr bottles. Guys you selling ONLY WATER, no other products, but even here you can’t bring the full order!!! This is soo disappointing!!! The emails will be sent to you, that they fullfill your order, when nothing even were delivered yet… the worst delivery!!!

Won’t let me log in.  Probably because gps location and actual address don’t line up perfectly. This doesn’t need to be this difficult.

Installed new version and tried to login. Its always asking to signup even though I have an existing operating account. Tried to get a resolution many times but no luck. It will create a duplicate account even if you have an existing account. No option for sign in.
