You go to log in, then it will not go further until you do an update. So you are forced to do the update. That makes you reset your passcode. Though it sends you a OTP and when you reset it, it tells you that there was a problem. Correct, I cannot access my account online or via App. No wo when I go online to my account. Money was deducted from my account and transfer charges as well but i have still not received it. Contacted Customer care they said to send email as they had no idea where the money has gone. Other banking apps allow you to transfer money internationally and that too without any charges and the money is transferred instantly.
