Anyway, I chose 10-12pm time slot. I thought at least it will be prepared before 11am. I ordered at 10:06am. But no, they took the time. 11:30 my order got picked. The customer care is not rude but don’t know how to answer properly. Kept saying that I chose 10-12. Obviously I know that. But they do not get the point that at least it should be prepared early also right. I understand it’s weekend and too much rush. But the status of my order didn’t change until 11:30 if I had not contact them. What I am confused about is if the customer chose 10-12pm meaning the order will be prepared before the time would end in that slot? I only chose that time because the home delivery is full. And won’t start until 12pm. I chose pick up to be faster. I’m just so upset with this.
