## What is Al Nashia Scheme?

This app is to accompany the National Youth Program for Skills Development, AlNashia Scheme / Social Intelligence Program. With this app you will be able to access all 10 Social Intelligence learning modules.

Your login details can be obtained from the Al Nashia dashboard (nashia.youth.om) after registration. 

The Social Intelligence Program is an exciting new learning opportunity for young people, aged 15-years and over. The Program is also available online at si.youth.om. 

The Program comprises 10 modules:

-	Cognitive Intelligence
-	Emotional Intelligence
-	Political Intelligence
-	Team Work
-	Leadership
-       Resilience
-	Moral Intelligence 1

-	Summary and Reflection

The modules cover a wide range of topics which will provide you with many benefits, including an understanding of how to work in a team, an essential skill both at school, university, and, in the future, in the world of work. It is important to note that there are many skills that we have to learn and develop, as we get older. Most endeavors or achievements in life involve facing up to and overcoming challenges. these obstacles. 

This Program provides you with the opportunity to find out more about yourself, to understand how they interact with others and to explore the 5Qs (qualities) that we all possess and which, when combined, form ‘social intelligence’. 

The skills, qualities and attributes represented in the 5Qs can be successfully applied to the challenges and dilemmas you may face at school, university and, in future, at work. These skills are relevant also in your personal life. 

Social intelligence is something that develops over many years. In completing the Program, you are beginning a journey of self-discovery, one which will equip you with on a range of different skills that will help you to navigate new challenges as you get older and more experienced.
