## What is AL?

AL-Rahden Staff is the official field-service app for the employees of AL-Rahden Co. It gives technicians and office teams everything they need to plan, carry out, and report preventive-maintenance visits, equipment checks, and service tickets — on site and on the move.

This app is for authorized AL-Rahden Co. staff only and requires an account provided by your administrator. It is not a public sign-up service.

For technicians:
- See the visits assigned to you, with the equipment and checklists for each site.
- Record inspections, readings, notes, photos, and customer signatures as you work.
- Complete daily equipment checks in a few taps.
- Scan a QR code to jump straight to a machine.
- Keep working through a weak connection — your work is saved on your device and syncs automatically when you reconnect.

For office and management:
- Schedule and assign visits across branches, customers, and sites.
- Manage customers, projects, locations, and equipment in one place.
- Raise, track, and resolve service tickets.
- Generate and share professional PDF reports for completed visits.
- Get notified the moment a ticket is raised or a visit changes.

Built for the field:
- Fast, native-feeling experience in both English and Arabic.
- Push notifications for new assignments and updates, with one tap to the right screen.
- Your sign-in is protected with encrypted, on-device secure storage.

AL-Rahden Staff is provided and operated by North Via Tech on behalf of AL-Rahden Co.
